Ryan Martinez has always been passionate about helping businesses grow and operate more efficiently. With a background spanning the military, finance, and analytics, he brings a unique blend of strategy, technology, and business insight to every project.

After serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army’s technology field, Ryan earned a BA in Business Management and an MBA. He then spent five years in business and investment banking at JPMorgan Chase, working closely with companies to improve their financial strategies.

Over the past ten years, Ryan transitioned into analytics and business intelligence, leading teams and driving data-driven decision-making. His expertise spans sales, manufacturing, supply chain, and planning, and he successfully implemented an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to enhance operational efficiency.

Today, as a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Business Analytics, Ryan specializes in leveraging technology to solve real business challenges. He founded RDM Solutions Hub to provide custom analytics, automation, and business applications to small businesses looking for smarter, simpler solutions.
